We do not accept returns for any products once delivered.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only allowed if the item is evidently defective or damaged upon delivery due to our fault.
- Customers must provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Once verified, we will arrange for the defective/damaged item to be picked up and a replacement to be delivered.
- The shipping fees for return logistics (pickup and redelivery) will be fully covered by us.
4. Late or Missing Exchanges
If you haven’t received your replacement within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
